Gabriel De Mendonca

Gabriel started Jiu Jitsu in Brazil when he was 12 years old. After a very long break, he came back to it as an adult in Calgary, motivated to get in shape after the birth of his first born. When his family moved to Ontario, he found Camisa Dez and instantly became a part of the C10 Family. He loves teaching kids and adults, especially in no-gi, and is excited that his son is now following in his footsteps!
